Throughout my career, I’ve found that leading by example, introducing breakout spaces and interactive sessions, celebrating small wins and aligning tasks with individual strengths are impactful strategies to keep the team energized, engaged, focused and motivated.

I would suggest to go for the following as we regularly see such scenarios 1. Recognition is the best tool to make the team run for the goal. But recognition need not be monetary always !!! It can be town hall certification , promotion, Digital propagation of his achievements across etc., 2. Prioritise what are the essential objectives and declutter their work load. Instead of asking them to do multiple tasks daily and keep Changing it daily, have a few common goal for them Month and push them to do it, the magic happens. Otherwise the team keeps blaming you for multiple priorities as manager 3. Empathise and seek feedback to understand the challenges and resolve them - they get motivated and feel Committed to the common goal

First, team building is required to recharge the team. Organize some trekking, sports event, or Picnic. Communicate with the team and support them for any challenges they are facing. Give them a break if they require it, one by one, to each employee. This will definitely enhance their energy level.

I always start with the words “Breath” and provide reassurance that’s it’s ok to feel this way. Our workloads today are significant and sometimes we just need to step away even for as little as 5 minutes and know that this is ok. Doing this should also be supported by your business. I also encourage coffee breaks out of the office to disengage from the office and go for a quick walk, talk about other things and most importantly, have a laugh.

- Make the time to have regular 121’s with your line reports to ask simple questions like “what’s gone particularly well for you?” “how’s it going?” and “what can I do to help?” People often don’t want / need help, giving them the space to offload is often enough…….

First aspect- Frequent recognition of the hard work and efforts. Short fun breaks not necessary to bound them to do some fun activity. Let them do what they prefer in those short break. Rewards and recognition for job well-done. Second aspect - Looking for future solutions to avoid such heavy workloads, could be hiring, cross-training etc.
