Open discussions are very important for contextualization and alignment around the objective, but they are only efficient with very clear guidance on the criteria being evaluated. I usually use Strategyzer's test cards to support the discussion when the topic is very divergent. With them, we can weigh and compare effort, reliability and results of each of the possible method possibilities.

Collaboration with stakeholders Once the study framework was ready, we reached out to our team, chief designer, and senior researchers for feedback on the questions and prototype. Their input was crucial in aligning our approach with both user needs and business goals. Challenges Due to credit constraints, we used internal team members for testing and opted for an unmoderated usability test to observe user decisions naturally. By fostering open dialogue, iterating on feedback, and adapting to challenges, we delivered valuable insights while ensuring team alignment.
