As a first step the leader have to make sure that the chain of trust is not broken. A leader has to provide opportunity for the team members to convince each other. “So either I convince you or you convinve me.” At the end, team members can have diffrent opinion but the leader will have to take the call and with mutual trust there will be a unity in command.
