Once you have that answer, create a Google sheet that can be shared with the team. Since the goal is unified, it doesn’t matter how the team works, as long as they get results. In the end, there is no one way of writing content and the more the creative ideas we have from the team, the better. In general, the goal should be that the content going out there should be noticed, absorbed and loved! The idea is to look at the entire picture and choose what you want to do. There’s no point in everyone working on the same thing! Collaborate! Set your ego aside. It only makes you lose opportunities and money!
