Para equilibrar creatividad y estructura se deben realizar sesiones periódicas con apertura total a lluvia de ideas, tanto para resolver problemáticas como para innovar y ser disruptivos en el mercado, en muchas organizaciones se le pone silenciador a muchos colaboradores y las decisiones creativas o innovadoras la toma una cúpula, perdiendo lo más importante que es tener el feedback de todo el organigrama corporativo y operativo de la empresa, pues así se pueden identificar cegueras de taller que se dan sólo teniendo reuniones directivas y no con todo el personal involucrado de las distintas áreas, impresionante empresas que fracasan y se quedan atrás por trabajar y decidir todo sólo desde la cúpula.
