Team building has most important criteria to build trust with members and between members. This call for free and open communication channels and listening even the subtle signals. the team goals, and expected contribution from each member should be clear. to achieve the goal the do and don't have to be defined after discussions. Each member is to be so open to share ideas, build ideas of other members. The collaboration & spirit to ride/ fight over problems should be emulated in the team. Having solved the problem & good work, needs to be acknowledged publicly and explicitly whereas shortcoming & scope for improvement should be dealt in closed room. Should make efforts to establish expectations & aspiration of each member.

To keep the benefits of team-building over time, keep the energy alive by planning regular team activities, celebrating successes, and promoting open communication. Offer ongoing chances for learning and growth, recognize hard work, and create a supportive environment. Keep reminding the team of the values and goals that lead to success. These habits will help keep everyone motivated, connected, and working well together.

Maintaining our team's momentum is a labor of love. I prioritize regular heart-to-hearts, actively listening and celebrating every triumph. Empowering each member with clear goals, growth opportunities and autonomy unlocks their brilliance. Our core values serve as our North Star, guiding every decision. I make time for regular team outings, recognize individual excellence and nurture a culture of wellness. Staying attuned to feedback, adapting to change and investing in leadership development keeps us agile. Leading with empathy, authenticity and transparency has been key. By doing so, I've witnessed our team evolve into a resilient, innovative and compassionate family – driven by trust, passion and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

In my experience, keep your foot on the gas as it relates to team acknowledgment, meeting and/or exceeding company goals. Being intentional about the long-term strategy for growth and recognizing each team member's contribution. I have also encouraged peer mentoring, so that the collaborative spirit stays genuinely connected but also holding my team accountable constructively.

It's critical if you've hit momentum in team building to keep pushing for better. I've seen so many teams where the relationships begin to thrive and everyone thinks it's great so they stop nurturing those relationships. As leaders, we need to be absolutely sure we lean in and support consistent efforts to maintain and continuously build relationships. Each individual has evolving exterior factors - new home struggles, new job struggles, new health challenges. It's critical there continues to be one on one conversations between leaders and staff, and opportunities to nourish relationships and continue to build trust. Communication is key! Be sure to provide continuing educational opportunities and relationships building opportunities.
