Admita a falha.

When your system crashes and clients are frustrated, effective communication involves promptly acknowledging the issue, expressing empathy, providing clear updates on the situation, outlining a timeline for resolution, and offering support where possible while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor; essentially, letting them know you understand their frustration and are actively working to fix the problem.

"We're really sorry for the system crash and the inconvenience caused. We understand how frustrating this is and are working hard to fix it. Our team is focused on resolving the issue and preventing it from happening again. We'll keep you updated on our progress, and if you need urgent help, please contact us directly. Your patience means a lot. These issues often arise due to heavy workloads and tight deadlines, leading to a focus on meeting timelines rather than quality. I've faced similar challenges when presenting to customers, where the issue is managed in front of them but fixed under pressure, often with overnight work. We’re committed to improving processes to avoid these situations in the future."

While it’s a priority to talk to customers and calm their frustration, it’s more important to solve the problem and try not to make them lose money. - Acknowledging the problem is essential, identifying whether the guidelines and security recommendations were followed. - Then estimate the recovery time of the failure and the possible solutions. - If necessary, see the types of backups, which can be daily, weekly, monthly or mixed. - Support must be scalable to fit each particular client. Where the security of the information is taken into account, with personnel trained in cybersecurity. - Our credibility is at stake, so we must be transparent and offer everything within our reach to solve the problem!
