Your worth is being counted when people have already appreciated your work and feel happy working with you. Also you have a habit not leaving any work behind for next day. If still you are being asked for your worth then count them the work is being taken care by you at times and no such questions were raised on you. Rest, it depends on the people you are working with, if they are truly a professional then you will be heard and given chance to speak about your value you have generated while working. Just showing the result of work will be enough to make the team understand as writing a long list will be for ‘no use’.
