Trust your team and know their strengths. If something breaks or stops working you need to remain calm and assess the issue. First, determine if the production can continue through the issue and if so it’s better to fix it later as opposed to risk ruining the production while fixing it during. If the issue needs immediate attention then determine who is best suited to fix it quickly and correctly. Don’t be afraid to try alternative solutions from others, you never know what experience someone might have had in a similar situation that might make them perfectly suited to get the production up and running with minimal hiccups.

It is important to recognize your strengths and weaknesses while acknowledging the demands of the event. Making these meet halfway will make the execution run smoothly as possible. Also, the individualities of the team in the professional context is a significant keypoint to better understand how each other’s abilities would be able to solve potential glitches that may affect the whole technical execution of an event. Lastly, being resourceful and having that inner problem-solver within you may have a positive impact, depending on the requirements of the current situation. In other words, everybody’s soft skills will always have significance to better deliver a quality service as a team.
