Project Dependencies would unexpectedly change in case of the following: 1. Scope Change 2. Abrupt Change in management and project Sponsor resulting in budget constraint. Both the above changes pertain to costs which need to be addressed as part of the MSA (SOW) at the time of project sign-off. With reference to the agreement, project charter and the plan needs a revisit and recalibration. Change Request needs to be triggered and signed-off to avoid future discrepancy. Once all stakeholders are aligned with regards to the approach, the Transition should start and followed up by regular cadence, RAID and Steerco.
