I will provide my team with any support including certain incentives for them to work extra time. Overtimes and times off after assignment has been completed within timely. Paid vacation to appreciate the team after project will motivate team members. Creating avenue where team can share how best they can maximize the shortage time without having to dictate modes operandi. Promoting the drives of the project every time someone exceed objectives through certificate awards and cash awards to best leads for every segmentation which achieved their targets and goes beyond expectation.
