Listen to your stakeholders needs, and look into constructive ways that you can minimise any impact to them (working hours, rescheduling work sequences to minimise disruption or noise to third parties. Get everyone’s buy in as far as possible to the recovery plan.

I’ve found most stakeholders are reasonable and will be understanding if you take this approach. Navigating this adversity together can build even stronger relationships that can endure the next setback as well.
