First and foremost, there shouldn't be any panic at all. The important thing is to access the impact of the changes financially, technically and with respect to time for completion. Meanwhile, in parallel the same shall be communicated and discussed with the project stakeholders to keep their confidence, and to explore viable alternates to keep project ROIs intact. Once a viable option is identified and worked out, moving forward with implementation is necessary. Once completed, all the outcomes of the changes shall be evaluated for efficiency and the revenues.
