Categorize feedback into required, good to have, and future haves, and communicate how each fits into the roadmap. Explain how the vision prioritizes customer needs and market fit, helping stakeholders see the bigger picture. Open communication is key—share your reasoning and listen to their concerns. Finding a balance ensures the product stays true to its vision while addressing stakeholder priorities.

It's crucial to understand the level of authority/power/importance of a stakeholder that has a different vision that yours. And since you are also a stakeholder here, you should do your absolute best to find a common ground by communicating your vision and thought chain. Dispute resolution should be done via voting in a collaborative environment with all the necessary stakeholders involved, allowing you to make the most objective decision altogether.

Será deles que você obterá os atributos esperados. Conheça também as necessidades dos demais interessados que intermediam a cadeia: distribuidores, atacadistas, transportadores, etc. e expectativas da sua própria empresa. Se você não atender as expectativas nas devidas proporções dos respectivos interessados, você não será bem sucedido.

Stakeholders usually want near-term ROI or Return on Investment. If their intention has been flagged against my Product Vision; I will breakdown this New Product Development into 3-stage: • Near-Term (1-2 years) • MiddleTerm (3-5 years) • Longer-Term (5-7 years) Deliver what is defined as MVP or Minimum Viable Product, launch and sell for new Revenue Generation with Profitability. Upon this 1st success, produce results and put money in the table, with that credibility; strike for stage-2 towards my Visionary Product Development. Do the same and repeat, until 7 to 10 years to reach my ultimate goal that was envisioned, while applying patience, perseverance, persistence.
