I believe that going digital is the most effective way to avoid your office to be full of paperwork. If anyone has older paperwork must give some money in order to digitalize it, to a computer expert, or even alone with a scanner and lots of patience. I strongly suggest although to business continuity, you must have backup at a handheld USB drive or any other device. If you know how to use computers, you can store them at internet pages, which they are specialized for this job, like dropbox for example. Finally, any paper left must sent for recycling or if it contains sensitive information for shredding first and then recycling.
