In getting employees to participate, I find it very helpful to share experiences on a personal level and include fun in the whole process. Upon sharing real-life cyber attack examples, they will realize the importance of the subject. By adding quizzes or a bit of friendly competition, learning can be made fun and interesting. Recognition or even small incentives help motivate them to take part more actively. This way, they begin to view cybersecurity in a serious light where it's worth their time.

To engage them effectively, you need to first find different interesting ways to teach them about cybersecurity awareness. This is so that they wouldn't be bored with these lessons. You need to then show them real-life examples of cyber attacks. This is so that they would know why cybersecurity is so important in life. You need to also avoid making these programs like a mandatory thing. This is because when it's mandatory, they wouldn't feel motivated to learning it voluntarily. Instead, you should convince them to participate in these programs.

This is the part of the administrative access or the role work. for having the awareness within the employee with the cybersecurity then can follow some below method. - Organise the CTF ( Capture the flag) challenges , with the gamify level so everyone can participate. - Try with the Real Life Hacking Demos so they can show the interest within the security. Just like a car , IoT hacking. - If suppose in the CTF any team wins then have some price vouchers for them to make all teams enthusiastic within this program. in this way you can spread and have the cybersecurity awareness program.
