Being at a leadership position at Rashmi Group, it is my duty to support every employee of the team in achieving perfect work-life balance. First, I meet with the employees to understand their challenges and identify areas where relief could be provided. Delegating tasks or extending timelines, where possible, can ease pressure. Encouraging employees to prioritize key deliverables while taking short, rejuvenating breaks fosters both productivity and well-being. I also emphasize the importance of open communication, ensuring our employees feel supported. By promoting a culture of flexibility and trust, I enable the employees to thrive both professionally and personally, reinforcing my commitment to their holistic success.

First and foremost, to be there with them as part of the journey. To help and support them to look at the tasks in hand, to help focus and prioritise on what’s most important and take things one at a time (including the need for breaks / family time). And to just be there when they need someone - whether it is to go get them a coffee (if you happen to be the same place), or to bounce ideas off, or simply because they need to be able to say what’s on their mind - just having someone to listen can make the world of difference.
