Hold a leadership meeting and depending on the size of the "crowd" open it up to how everyone is personally feeling or responding to the negative feedback. Then bring everyone back to the companies core values, tie in some goals that they personally contribute to in their work and help them remember what you are trying to build together, to move the company forward.
