Before generating the meeting agenda to all stake holders,internal workout should be done within all respective team leaders who would be meeting attendees and so everyone has to provide his/ her agenda in advance and during meeting the same person should carryout the discussion on his/ her part only.Thus it saves time,smoothly conducted and the counter part also gets his/ her preparation time on the agenda.Well some sudden issues would be always there which need to be tackled meticulously by the meeting organizer Lead.
