When I have trouble with predictive models, I first check the data to make sure it’s clean and correct. I also review if the model still fits the campaign’s goals. Trying different methods or tools has worked well for me too. Sometimes, just discussing with others gives fresh ideas

Predictions are not always correct. As when we make predictions we maybe having old invalid data also. For example when we filter data in CRM we do not check current data and market scenarios for the same data . If the person to who we re sending communication is still with the current organization. So we should validate data for every campaign as per the nature of that campaign. Like if we are organizing any seminar in one city we should include that city contacts, sending invitation to others May not give expected results.
