Agile itself means we adapt to continuous changes and also imply continuous improvements.I would motivate team by not fearing the sudden change and avoiding it instead take it as another opportunity to keep up scaling in by encouraging some innovative ideas of how we could deliver this to stake holders with quality standards being achieved. Recently one of my team mate was scared of the new requirement and imagined it as a difficult task .I rook the opportunity of breaking that huge requirement and asking him to tale baby steps instead of jumping out of it. Later he was able to resolve it and deliver efficiently. It's our mindset that plays a vital role we got to train it.
