Once the constraints are identified possible action points to be derived to optimize the constraints and see how best the Client additional demands can be met. Find out any viable idea to get compensation from Client for some constraints/additional demands. Communicate openly with the Client and explain your position with proper analysis and reasons. Provide alternate options to navigate the constraints and additional demands.
