Thank the person for their inputs Ask clarifying questions to ensure you got all details and intent behind it Avoid becoming defensive Avoid taking it personally Some feedbacks might be a lesson learned

I go back to the theoretical framework in order to analyse the arguments given and then adapt accordingly. In economics there are seven schools of Macroeconomics and one has to adhere to one or two of them in formulation of one's thoughts and ideas. As long as the criticism is constructive and based on facts it will be accepted and I will change my views accordingly, otherwise I will just smile and shake my head humbly

When faced with feedback that challenges my analytical method, I adopt an open mindset and a willingness to improve. I start by carefully considering the critique, seeking to understand its specific points and implications. Next, I evaluate the feedback objectively, identifying potential areas for enhancement. I research alternative methods and best practices, looking for ways to incorporate new insights. Consulting with colleagues or experts can provide additional perspectives. Based on this information, I modify my analytical approach, testing new techniques alongside existing ones to compare results. By embracing constructive criticism and continuously adapting, I can enhance the quality and reliability of my analyses.

1.Reflect and Reframe: I reflect on the feedback and try to view it through a lens of improvement, focusing on what I can learn rather than what went wrong. 2..Not all feedback requires immediate action. I prioritize changes that align with my goals and plan practical steps to improve. 3. Test out new strategies, monitor the results, and remain flexible enough to adjust further if needed.

Listening to people is the most important thing I would say. Because every idea is worth pounder on. And analysing if at all it fits into the overall goal we are trying to achieve.

I will take feedback constructively. If feedback is consistent, it would mean time of change has come. In such scenario, i would understand the feedback, verify reasons and sources to it. Once reliability of feedback is understood, i would focus on implementing the corrective measures along with finding a long term solutions to shift the analytical method relating to any problem statement. my belief is to find steady one time solution which can be improved, upgarded and enhanced as the need comes.

Feedback is a gift! Unless that framework is tattooed on your body it can always improve. Can you try one of these?: 1. run the new and old in parallel 2. take the best of the old and move to the new 3. run the new for a trial phase and revert if needed

I welcome constructive feedback the more the better. For me it’s an invaluable opportunity for growth. It’s also a great way to build a mental library of best practices.
-
I always take it positively and try to re-check and restructure my analysis making required corrections so that the goal can be achieved.
