Adopting 3 strategies—individually or as a combination—can optimize time and enhance productivity: Empower Coachees with Actionable Notes During each session, have the coachee note down key action points. Begin the next session by asking them to summarize these points and share their progress. This ensures accountability and a structured start. Master Your Focus Control your Reticular Activating System (RAS) by minimizing distractions. Avoid unnecessary engagements throughout the day to seamlessly transition between sessions. Start with Breathing Exercises Kick off each session with a short breathing exercise for the coachee. This fosters focus and involvement, while giving you a moment to organize and align with previous discussions.

Plan intentional breaks between sessions, set clear agendas for each client, utilize time limits, review client information beforehand, take concise notes during sessions, and quickly transition between clients by minimizing administrative tasks during breaks; this allows you to stay focused and provide quality coaching to each individual without feeling overwhelmed. Key strategies: Set clear agendas: Before each session, create a structured agenda based on the client's goals and current needs, ensuring you stay on track during the session. Schedule short breaks: Deliberately incorporate brief breaks between sessions to mentally reset, review notes, and prepare for the next client.

When this happens I make sure and communicate with my clients that I have a hard stop with sessions and I may be running behind with others. Before this happens I make sure I'm managing my calendar in a way that leaves room between clients. I don't back to back book on purpose.

To manage time effectively coaches can use a time-blocking method and create weekly/monthly timetables to avoid confusion and use tools like Google Calendar or Zoom scheduler to automate sessions and get reminders so that they never miss a session and be on time in every session Hope It Helps Thank You.

I've been there... Here are a few things that I do to manage time well: I schedule breaks by block 10-15 minutes between sessions to reset and recharge. I stick to time limits by using a timer to keep sessions on track and avoid running over. I also batch tasks, like follow-ups, for before or after your coaching day. I try to hydrate & snack by keep water and light snacks handy to stay energized. I wind down: decompress after my sessions to enable me recharge for the next day. Lastly, I plan ahead, protect your energy, and show up fully for each client. *Bonus*: I scarely now take 1-1 coaching clients or offer 1-1 coaching session theses days. What I do now is group coaching, this saves me alot of time and energy.

En général si j’enchaîne les séances, le contenu est déjà travaillé en amont. Pour améliorer la qualité de mon intention, je peux faire avec mon client un très cours exercice de ressourcement somatique ou du système nerveux. Mes coachés adorent

1. Prepare in advance by reviewing session goals and client progress to ensure efficient use of time. 2. Schedule short breaks between sessions to recharge and maintain focus throughout the day. 3. Use tools like calendars and timers to stay on track and allocate equal attention to each client.

Je reserve un temps le matin pour preparer tous les rdv de la journée, je garde 15 min entre les rdv pour écrire mes dernières intentions et conclusions de la séance et puis me vider l'esprit pour accueillir le client suivant.

It's challenging to manage time effectively in coaching processes when there are multiple coachees back-to-back, but it's not impossible! In addition to strictly following the three key points (preparing in advance, scheduling short breaks, and using a timer—which is the most important!), I also: Create a group for the participants in the process, whether on Slack, email, Telegram, or WhatsApp, through which I clearly communicate the schedule for each session. This helps participants stick to the timing.
