The most liked picture or video get a reward completing the challenge. This way you can market your product, feedback goes as testimonials which builds trust and loyalty.

Imagine that you have launched a new feature and want to gather feedback, you can define customer journey and checkpoints where using a simple Digital adoption platform, you can insert in-app surveys or feedback icon (a simple thumbs up or down or star rating). This helps you to get feedback at the golden moment when your customer has just used this feature and would be more objective in sharing their feedback.

Design thinking is my personal favorite method which is both fun and useful. It's a very creative way to run hypothesis of customer journeys and validating or invalidating it. You can also use BMC Business Model Canvas, Lean Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas to document your hypothesis and assumption about your business model, customer journey and feedbacks. These help visulaize the data better and clearly to conclude things.

It is also important to plan this exercise in a way it does not conflict with company’s vision. Otherwise, this is a very useful tool to reduce the guesswork in wants and increase customer engagement.

This is one of my favorite way in accommodating customer views to product. After all, we don't build products to keep them in storehouse but to be used by the users and who better than that audience or representation in the form of customers if they are involved since the ideation / product discovery phase. We often use Design sprint to understand the customer's existing ecosystem and challenges and together with customer, we brainstorm on the possible, potential, innovative ways in which the problem at hand can be solved. Tools like MIRO, Mural help in terms of time to time revision & tracking from one place. Fail and rise up but fail fast and emerge from there in the form of MVPs is what let the show keep going and its a win-win.
