There are people that don’t enjoy just to compete with others, they enjoy team work, so you have to engaje the diversity in the company, for many people just money it’s going to be great, sometimes have a free time with your team and colleagues, will grow a strong team, I personally think that money is going to be something forgettable, but something with you family and colleagues is going to be memorable!

In our case, we found flaws in our old system—only managers could nominate quarterly, winners were chosen solely by executives, and prizes were limited to one per quarter. We revamped it, allowing all staff to nominate and selecting winners based on the most nominations. Change the approach maybe for us it's good because of our own interest, but the outcome is not. Check the possible area of the problem then plan, do, test and execute. Always ask for your teams participation because there are issue that we can't see but they do.
