O tempo é tudo o que temos, e/ou não temos. Por essa e outras o planejamento estratégico é fundamental, sem contar que o diálogo é uma das ferramentas mais importantes. Ao longo de minha jornada, aprendi que quem diálogo com assertividade consegue superar praticamente tudo. Prazos servem sim para seres cumpridos, porém existem excessões, pois nem tudo o que planejamos saíra de fato como foi planejado. Existem inúmeros fatores envolvidos, mas o bom e velho diálogo de fato pode fazer toda a diferença, pois quem está de fora precisa ser devidamente informado a respeito do que está acontecendo.

There shall be agendas of meetings that are communicated ahead and action points shall be addressed in a timely and on the bases of team. If things still take time and deadlines including donor related grant period, there shall be proactive exchange b/n agency and respective fund owner interms of justifying, seeking flexibility extending either cost, time or both considering importance of keeping project. At the same time, there shall be a record of lessons learned, challenges encountered, solutions & way forward. In general, critical follow of cycle always leads to most project successes.

Cette nouvelle disposition nécessitera probablement plus de main-d'œuvre spécialisée, bien équipée de manière optimale, avec une délégation des tâches suivant une hiérarchie bien établie. Il est également crucial de discuter de l'évolution du projet avec l'ensemble des spécialistes pour accélérer sa réalisation.

Um dos grandes problemas é que a maioria das pessoas ainda desperdiça seu tempo com tarefas e projetos que não as aproxima dos seus objetivos. A verdade é que temos uma tendência praticamente natural de priorizar tarefas urgentes sobre todas as outras, independentemente das recompensas a longo prazo. Em outras palavras, aquilo que é urgente tende a ocupar todo nosso tempo. Mas, veja bem: estar ocupado é diferente ser produtivo. Quando enxergamos apenas as tarefas urgentes, acabamos negligenciando aquilo que é realmente importante.

Delegar significa transferir a autoridade e a responsabilidade de um membro da organização para outro. Normalmente, de um líder para um de seus liderados. A delegação de autoridade é importantíssima, e é sempre recomendável pelos seguintes motivos: aumenta a criatividade e inovação a partir das contribuições; aproveita o potencial e desenvolve aptidões específicas no liderado; oferece ao “gestor” tempo para execução de atividades mais importantes; aumenta o grau de iniciativa da equipe; motiva e serve como treinamento. Being flexible in your ways and procedure helps you to be more innovative and creative in performing the tasks. As the saying goes, “there are many ways to skin a cat” is true in getting from point A to point B. There are always better ways of doing things and being flexible helps you uncover the hidden treasures or new ways of doing things.

Consider covering the basic tasks required for the project and keep "upgrades" for future project improvements or other updates.
