What are the best ways to show commitment to your company's values?

Many years ago, I was assigned to Ewing Marion Kauffman who at the time was the Owner of the Kansas City Royals and Founder of what was then Marion Laboratories that was about to become a $Billion company. Even though I had worked for Marion Laboratories for 9 years, now I was on special assignment to him and the Royals. His first words to me were remarkable. He said, Norman you work with me, not for me. You work for you family and your God. But, you happen to report to me. Remember "with for and to" and we will get along well.

Alignment with a company's value starts at the beginning, during the job search and recruitment phase. Candidates will often prioritize role requirements, potential for advancement and compensation when applying for new opportunities, but ensuring alignment on culture and values will increase their engagement, providing motivation and an overall sense of accomplishment. When individuals work for company's where they identify with the value framework they naturally act on those values in their day to day activities and experience a greater sense of fulfillment in what they do and achieve every day. The end result is greater success for themselves and the company they work for.

At the end of the day, it’s going to be a human dealing with another human. So it’s very important that a company/products value depends on the way it is handled by the humans supporting it. To some extend every human being works for their own passion/benefits, but if you give a little trust/heart in the platform/company that helps you to achieve your passion/benefits then i believe every action will start to align with our passion.

Business only works if people do what they say they are going to do. If you are committed to something then you follow through.

Consistently align your behaviors with the defined principles to demonstrate your dedication to your company's ideals. Accept and absorb these principles by including them in your regular work and decision-making processes. Lead by example, demonstrating the desired conduct for your coworkers to emulate. Participate actively in activities that reflect the company's values, promote and support your peers, and communicate freely and respectfully. Seek feedback, participate in relevant training, and incorporate these ideals into your decision-making process. Celebrate victories that are consistent with the company's principles, establishing a positive and values-driven workplace.

Encourage the organization to formalize the values into an intervention to address any spats, disputes or conflicts that may arise in the organization. By being confident that we can resolve any issues that arise during difficult decision-making we can afford to voice the boldest new ideas that we have and be willing to disagree with any of these ideas, fairly.

You cannot show commitment without being enthusiastic about your job, role, position and how it impacts your company or the organization. However, the people, staff or employees who get recognized and awarded whether in cash or kind, are those who are truly happy to impact the clients or customers of their organization positively This does not negate the fact that there will be challenges, these challenges are surmounted when you ask the right questions and apply knowledge correctly. Infact, challenging times are opportunities for growth if well harnessed With employees like this, who show appreciation for the opportunity to serve, other staff members are encouraged to do better as the bar is raised

In business what inspires me the most is 'commitment' and here I mean simply to do what we say we will do along with the perseverance in achieving the goals. I would give however equal imprtance to the 'how' and I mean in particular to the enthusiasm we put in every aspect of our working life and in particular for new ideas.

Your enthusiasm, punctuality and passion for the work is only way to show your commitment to company's values. These three thing is very important and necessary to full fill your commitment towards company's values.

Mitigate Bias: Ask for feedback from both your supporters and those who aren’t your biggest fan (you know who these people are!). 3. Be Positive: Don’t be defensive, you asked for feedback, now take it graciously. 4. Take Action: Identify key themes and then build your plan to improve. 5. Verify: Once implemented follow up with your feedback network. Have they noticed a difference? Did you over correct?

I agree without supporting your team you can't achieve the goal or target of the company* Commitment is a believe & Believes not built in 1 Day ,, You have to be patience, polite, & powerful. The Days you spending in company those days are steps for your commitment, Built your Believe First * then no one ask for the commitment, Company's goal is Generating the Revenue, Customer Regain, & Customer Satisfaction... Be honest with yourself with your Company ✅

We always need to encourage and support our team to achieve company goals and self satisfaction and honor ourselves for what we did and gained.

There is value in celebrating success, but failing provides the memorable lessons, probably because it hurts. Most people have an emotional response to failure (panic, grief, guilt, fear) leaving them vulnerable and defensive. Having a plan to follow helps put one foot in front of the other and opens us to learning. 1. Ownership: Don’t point fingers 2. Impact: Were you close or wide of the mark? 3. Mitigate: Neutralize immediate risks. 4. Assess: Ask questions: what assumptions were wrong? what key decisions need to be reviewed? where was the misalignment with strategy, values, priorities? 5. In my experience, Customer concerns needs to be convey to the management for better understanding or vice versa. I do believe there should not be a communication gap between the customer and the company.
