Are they asking instantly for insights or are they willing to invest time and energy to be able, in the near future, to have instant insights in a relevant way? I see a lot of BI projects being rushed into. The result often being that the results are misleading or incorrect. I would encourage any organizational leader to start off with simple stuff and making sure that if you go over to the complex stuff you make sure it is not only the BI-specialist that grasps it.
