First we must understand the full picture and set a neural ground. Personally, I would share the final goal we want to achieve all together and that we need each other as well as clarify each of our roles and area of responsibilities. Subject to the level of seriousness, we could add a mediator or training to conduct such behaviour but as an important step we as leaders must showcase by example. Being neutral and solve own debates with the same level of collaboration you expect from the team and perhaps share those stories in order to inspire!
