It is quite normal to come across this situation as the technology has grown with demanding Requirement and challenges or opportunities in integrating of new Network or Security tools and technologies into the network because of the growing Cyber threats and Risks. It is better to follow top-down approach by presenting the detailed documention on the risks, priorities, severities and Communication gaps we have in dealing the situation. Create a Stakeholder Register and Communication Plan which would help to bridge communication gap. While presenting the issue with the stakeholders, it is advisable to present technical/non-technical elements. Use RAID Register to understand the challenges. The regular meeting with customers in progress provides confidence and assurance of timely delivery.
