Non technical team are having their set boundaries during every day working. Effective regular training on most basic nomenclature. making confidence in them for the final output. realistic approach to the problem will help by brain storming. communication internal and external stake holders will be of most importance. And technical people avoid getting involved In discussing with external stake holders. Because designing is not drafting. CAD usually is more drafting than designing. Only struggle will start if we don't make each and everyone understand their importance. Because non technical person if present in the team must be of importance for some other role.
