I live & work in UAE which is home to over 150 nationalities For me multicultural is the norm. I believe in K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple Straighforward. Asking vs Telling, the ‘For/Against’ keeps audience engaged. Humour always works. I choose/accept to speak on topics that are non controversial, relevant have broad appeal. Acknowledging contributors to the discussion, Encouraging the quieter ones to participate keeping the energy of the duscussion high. Voice tone, facial expressions body language even on a zoom call does matter. I Avoid being pedantic, monotonous and don’t ‘lecture’ Im not media savvy so I get audience to ‘keep score’ and also call on some ‘in advance’ to take care of the tech stuff again more involvment, sense of ‘owership
