Make internal teams understand that Client are more important than internal matters and administrative decisions /meetings, we exist because our clients exist. 2. Prioritization of task in three categories viz. Urgent and Important, Important but not urgent and lastly NOT important and non-urgent 3. The first category has to be dealt immediately without delay, Use SCRUM model which helps to do double the work in half of the time. 4. Second category to be done in collaboration with subordinates and support teams. 5. Last category can be either delegated, outsourced or ignored. 6. Removing bottlenecks at each stage is crucial.
