Find common goals they all agree on. If the goal is to get a better result (more sales, subscriptions, etc), then I try to explain that what they need is something that will resonate with their clients, not them. Expert blindness is a real thing and often company owners and stakeholders don't understand what their clients really need. To focus on this, I do in depth client-first research and interview existing clients.
