Limited Resources are a boon when it comes to Strategy. Because, only with Limited Resources, we will find out which are the potential resources and which have been the sleeping resources all this while. When the situation demands you to fit within the limited resources, that's when the true worth of every other resource will be seen clearly thus making the Business Architecture Planning very easy in terms of burden yet hard in terms of letting go of the resources we got used to but which no longer serve extraordinary to the growth of the organisation.
