The question here is not prioritizing time but it is prioritizing focus and putting the right level of focus where it is needed So we have : A- Projects that are mature and require follow up only B- Projects that are in the launch phase C- Projects that are in the research or pre-seed phase D- Projects that are under feasibility study And given the needed focus, dividing time and focus as an investment got to be allocated ! There are two important factors to consider: 1) Focus on the business(es) that you are passionate about. 2) Focus on a business(es) that are likely to generate more revenue for you in the long run. It is not advisable to make money your main driving force. If your business does not make as much money as you hoped, you may be more inclined to give up. On the other hand, if it is a project you are passionate about, you're more likely to keep going. Perseverance is a crucial factor in the success of entrepreneurs, second only to luck. By luck, I mean factors like being born in the right country, to the right family, and meeting the right people.
