I would suggest we assign each project with a leader and prioritise critical task and hold smaller projects which could wait. Stay focused on the most critical task and schedule the project in MS Project with level 4 activities to stay on track

As a mechanical engineer Whenever these type of situations occur we have to decide what project has the most important and necessary value.

Use tools like Gantt charts or Kanban boards (Trello, JIRA) to map out tasks and deadlines for each project. Break tasks into smaller milestones to monitor progress without feeling overwhelmed. Assign tasks that others can handle to capable team members. Focus on high-impact tasks while enabling collaboration for repetitive or less complex ones. Follow the Pomodoro Technique or block time for focused work, taking short breaks between sessions. Establish boundaries: log off work at a set time to ensure mental and physical recovery.

I would say prioritize self-care above all. Then will Prioritize projects by deadline, time management. And lastly, I would know my limits, and learn to say no. If I become not fit for the job, I'll move on and search for something I am comfortable doing; workload I am capable of completing at a heathy pace. It's a marathon not a sprint.

Every day it is necessary to check 3 things: - who is the responsible of the next day task - schedule of this week - what I can do to be better till the end I take note of this things and weekly I check my notes and define a new action plan to be better, including what I or someone need to learn, to do, don’t do more ….. This help me to be “1%” better each day

Everything has it's limits and there are finite number of tasks one can accomplish with satisfying results. Depending on the complexity of the projects and one's ability, I would limit "multiple" to a finite number. Plan the deadlines realistically and with contingency and do the tasks one at a time. It is always a good idea to devote all of your concentration on just one task till completion. Thats the best way to limit a number of mistakes made which generate losses of time and resources.

It's quite a deed to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines. But we have can leverage technology for it. Dynamo can be used for simplifying repetitive tasks and different software shortcuts can be used to do the work quick. Howsoever the most important thing is PLANNING. Having a proper plan of action can make the multiple projects handling easier.
