One thing I believe is always to have good references or blue print of what you are to model, so you don't waste time modeling from imagination or memory, it save a lot of time

Vejo que gerenciar projetos 3D de arquitetura com prazos apertados exigem organização e eficiência. Primeiro, defina o escopo com clareza e priorize o que é mais relevante. Clear, prompt communication and well-defined processes contribute significantly to productivity and prevent workflow disruptions, especially during periods of high workload.

If the deadline is very tight and you won’t have enough time to deliver a quality result, you'll need to talk to the client about extending the timeline. If that’s not possible, consider delegating, though there's a risk that the outcome may not meet the expected standards.
