In addition, in situational assessements for the day: you need to look into incidences that will affect your crew’s time management in their job performance (for example, if there are things that might delay the vacating of a suite; or if it happens that a co-worker got suddenly sick and needs to be sent home, etc). In cases like this, it might be helpful to have a scheduled back-up person for each employee; and in the previous case- have another person assigned separately to check ahead of time to check on those expected to be checking out for the day. Processes like these will secure a timely execution of the team’s work on hand.

One thing that I've found helpful is to follow up on feedback, and show that you're there as a support. "Have you seen any improvements after making that change? What do you need from me in order to ensure your success?" People want to work for organizations that believe in them and give them the resources to succeed. If someone tells you what they need in order to succeed, and it does not cause an undue hardship to the company, consider it.
