One of the challenges I faced was to tame my eagerness to contribute in every aspect of the e-learning projects I’ve been through. I chose a career in Instructional Designer because of it’s multidisciplinary approach, and I used to saw myself as been competent both in content as in the design. Understanding nitty grittys of your role can also be done by discussing with your manager or senior as they will give you a clear outline on what is expected from you and your overall work.
