Let the people guide you ,let them talk over their issues.They themselves are better than you , anything other than this will not address their problems.Get them involved in designing their interventions .My role should be facilitating locally based means to problems solving by the community for the community.They know their problems better ,mine is to guide them give them options if any provide some technical backstopping without stealing away from them the right to self determination.They should always be the owners of the means to address their problems.The moment one takes the initiative to shape ,address and device means to solve community problems then the issues become foreign to the community so will be the interventions.
