100% I agree with including different perspectives from different people and walks of life. Brainstorming with everybody on what they think may work can aid in a nurturing team culture. They may feel safe, seen and heard. Having the feeling of knowing you are positively l contributing to the greater good is a human desire we all share. Devise a plan, break out into small groups, come back in a timely fashion and make it fun. Remember there is no wrong or right. Only grey.
