Culture of any organisation is equally important as salary when it comes to longer term relationships with an organisation. Few things to follow - 1. Keep a diverse set of people. 2. Appreciate people for small wins also. 3. Provide feedback and guide them to improve.

Diversity is Success!! - Build a diverse team to be ahead of competition in terms of talent. - A business targeting masses should also have a team representing masses. - Suggestions and ideas should always be given space.

My recommendation: Become a powerful perspective-taker. You've heard this labeled -- empathy! -- but as with many leadership topics, empathy has been discussed so often as to lose meaning. You must take aligned action to truly understand the perspective of others. Recommended action: Be intensely curious about your employees. Understand what type of work they enjoy and what their aspirations are. Seek first to understand them and their story. When you do this, and you see the whole person, you will treat them differently. And as a leader, the team is watching you act this way and will model your behavior. Your team will show deeper interest in each other, following your lead, and foster understanding and connection.

Like any other business, we have members from diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds. The only way to motivate them to collaborate is to consistently share the company's vision, mission, and core values. I have no fixed policy on talking to the team at fixed intervals or on special occasions. However, online meeting platforms have made the task easier recently. So, I reach out to them as often as possible about the latest industry updates and the resulting challenges and opportunities. I inform and guide them about how different they are from our current work and how to adapt to change while staying aligned with our core values of trust, integrity and credibility. I believe all successful companies share their vision with their employees. I guess what needs to be done more often is 'the reminder' of those values, objectives and goals the company has. Having lots of ongoing priorities, and projects, it is for sure easy to forget. So, having each quarter's big meetings to remind the team of the values and the vision for the future of the company is highly important.

There are lots of trainings going on around companies and big organizations. I believe we need more efficient workshops and face-to-face training about the 'real work'. Face-to-face training helps the team to be more present and focused. Involving teams in workshops they'll never need it for the future is a waste of time. So, making sure what workshops to provide and for how long are good questions to start with.

What also works is tailoring the way you acknowledge and celebrate to team members' motivations and passions. Some would like to be praised in front of the team, others will take pride in a personal message from the senior management, etc. Nothing crazy, just recognising the needs of the individuals and making them feel truly seen and appreciated. In addition to that, underlining the contribution of each successful project and achieved result to the mission of the whole company helps a lot. When team members understand how exactly what they're doing fits into a bigger picture that see the purpose of their work more clearly.

Recognizing the contributions and celebrating the team for their good work is an investment into a brighter and more productive future of the team and the company as a whole. Finding the right ways to recognize and celebrate those contributions is essential.

Compartir la visión, es dundamental para cada organización, más aún cuando creas una organización, ya que está visión puede ir cambiando y en línea emprendimiento el cambio es constante. Cuando la organización va creciendo hay que ser flexibles, ello permite afrontar escenarios que pueden quebrar la organización. Son diferentes formas pero ambos son escenciales.

Cultivando respeito dentro de uma empresa como elemento de cultura, a preocupação com inclusão vira secundária. Em nossa empresa não fizemos nenhuma ação para incentivar a diversidade, no entanto sempre consideramos o respeito como elemento inegociável em todas nossas relações. Hoje temos uma equipe muito diversa, que trabalha integrada e de maneira respeitosa. Essa seria minha principal recomendação: Crie um posicionamento em que o respeito precisa existir em todas relações.

One of the most important & hardest skill for entrepreneurs to learn is 'getting out of the way'. Once everyone is aligned to the vision (where you want to go) and the mission (how you're going to get there), you need to resist the temptation to micro-manage. Instead, get out of the way, and let the team discover how good they really are. Otherwise you're not really cultivating a "team", you're just managing jobbers.

Technology also helps build a collaborative team. We have found that Slack has helped us create a true community within our company. We have also found that Motivosity encourages collaboration and appreciation, as employees are able to send each other small bonuses to say thank you for helping them with something.
