1. Get everyone on the same page early and be upfront on about what’s feasible, what's possible, what's not, and the timeline. 2. Help client (and creative) to sort out what’s “need-to-have” vs. “nice-to-have.” Focus on what really matters and can buy time for the rest. 3. Always indicate implication on any delayed response/approval or any new request from clients. 4. Always collect consolidated feedback from clients to avoid rounds of changes 5. Plan for extra time (it's always a pleasant surprise if we deliver ahead of deadline or some time to buffer for internal time) Most importantly, pause and think if rushing out the work within the deadline is necessary. Ask yourself: - Would it help to solve the problem? - Do consumers care?
