When deadlines are tight and there are many marketing channels to choose from, I focus on a few key factors to guide my decisions. First, I make sure the channels align with the campaign’s goals, whether that’s building awareness, driving engagement, or boosting conversions. I also consider where our target audience is most active and which platforms deliver the best results based on past performance. Budget and speed are crucial too—I prioritize channels that give us the best ROI and can be launched quickly. Finally, I look for opportunities to track performance in real-time and make adjustments as needed to stay on track and maximize impact.

Deadlines can be stressful, and with so many marketing options, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. For me, it starts with the basics—who are we trying to reach? I focus on the platforms where our audience is most active. No point putting effort into a channel where no one’s paying attention. I also lean on what’s worked before, though I try not to get stuck in my “comfort zone.” Taking small risks with newer platforms can surprise you. Lastly, I stay realistic. If something needs too much time or skills we don’t have, it’s not worth it. You can’t do it all perfectly, but you can do a few things really well. - Rakesh Reddy
