Actually I agree that holding a team meeting where everyone is allowed to voice their concerns and suggestions. This will help reduce the tension among team members to a great extent. Also it can be taken further by speaking to each of the team members differently as some of them might not be able to express themselves fully in the team meeting. It's is also worthy of note that as a team lead it is important to take note of what's bothering them and try to address it.
