For creating VR scenes, various experts in different aspects of art and technology gather to make the best results. As mentioned above communication among these experts is key, since some of these experts see the technical part which might limit the flow of artistic work. Being familiar with all the limitations when starting a creative project is essential. This helps the artist to express her art by considering the technical limitations which saves time in the long run for the whole project. This is one of the main reasons why communication matters.

In parallel with the SOW and financial proposal delivered to the client, a technical production pipeline SOW is also established. This critical internally shared cloud based document enables all key team leads to view, contribute, and edit in realtime; calendar deadlines, review meeting agendas, team and client sign-offs, team contact information, and links to the shared pipeline assets (footage, space plans, technical documentation, navigation platform, key client liaison contacts, costs, etc. This is the project's complete roadmap for success.
