You've revamped your resume and feeling positive which is always a good thing. But the only performance indicator that really matters is your application-to-call-back ratio. Doesn't mean you get an interview every time but if someone takes the time to call you back to learn more about you and what you looking for then your resume is doing what it's meant to do. Anything less than a 10% application to call back ratio tells me that there could be some potential tweaks needed on the resume. I'm also a big advocate of learning how to tailor our resume to each application to increase the chances of landing more interviews from fewer applications. Numbers don't lie no matter how good we might feel about our resume.
