Don't buy into sales talks. Many solutions out there promise improvements, which they actually might deliver, but investing time and money in technology should be pro-actively and need driven. I always like to say: Just make sure you fix a real problem. The quality or the potential of the solution is not even nearly as important as the actual support you have for the change (from staff & management).
